WORRY - A KIND OF SUFFERING/ SIDE EFFECT OF DYING

 


Dear Friends - What do you mean by worry?

Worry means a feel or cause to feel anxious or troubled about actual / potential problems.

It is a feeling or showing concern or anxiety about what is happening/ might happen etc...

No matter how much I worry about a problem, will my worried mind give any useful solution for me - just we need to ask ourselves.

Worries  have different types, in general thinking about the past, worrying about future....Normally people will fall in this 2 category and they themselves will be the reason for their own sufferings

It is unlikely, what will probably happen is that we will become upset and frustrated, then automatically we feel heavy and burdened. Because of this unwanted worry we may lose sleep, appetite...then lose everything.

We make quite a hobby out of worrying, we may worry about the noise and then complain when it is too quiet.We worry about having too many things like sunny dry spells and then complain when it rains...we also practiced to be worried about worrying too much.

It is essential for us to take an honest interest to know what goes on around us, it is always wise to analyse a situation and take the necessary precautions to avoid in being influenced by any negative things.

 Solution:

To come out from this worry we need to have the faith on ourselves and we need to have a faith on God.  God's plan will be sure in the way to remain clear for us to be free from all our burdens. 

By Practicing Meditation daily we can become calm, once we become calm we can able to get the clear idea/clarity about the issues (what we have/face) and we can be free from suffering.
