Dear Friends - Self -confidence is an attitude about our skills and abilities. It means we accept and trust our self and have a sense of control in our life. We know our strength and weakness well, and have a positive view of ourselves. We set realistic expectations and goals, communicate assertively and it helps in handling the criticism.
Self confidence is the term to express our ability to complete the task given to us. There is a great difference between the highly confident and to the person who have low level of confidence.
The qualities of highly confident person are
Assertive
Ready to take calculate risk
Accept
Eager to learn new things etc....
Even though each an every human being born in this earth have self confidence, but only few realize their skills and other few people are ready to improve their confident level. I am sure if we follow/ practice the below 6 tips consistently then our confident level will improve reasonably. The tips are,

1. Smile Always
It says that we need to start our day with smile, whether in house or in our business/office once we entered in the morning just give a smile to others.... It reflects you and it express many positive things to others like we accept, we understand, we respect, we wish, we love others.
2. Develop a Direct Eye contact
The 2nd tip is we need to Develop a Direct eye contact..... to whomever we communicate just look at their eyes and once we started doing our communication in this manner then it gives a positive feedback about us , the confident level of us and it will be helpful for others to accept our point in the topic what we discuss with them.
3. Generate Energy within you
The 3rd tip says about the energy what we have and we need to do things (or activities) with complete involvement and with full fledged energy, which indirectly will boost our confident level to complete the task in an effective manner and on time.
4. Love and Accept yourself
The 4th tip is Love Yourself, once we started loving ourselves and the activities what we do... it will helpful for us to love others and this continuous love will improve our confident tremendously.

we need to do this analysis at least once in 6 months and we need to take steps to improve and to overcome our weakness and to come out From our threats.
6. Attitude of Gratitude
The 6th and the final tip is Gratitude.... Thanks giving... which have a beautiful way to improve our confidence, even though the concern person is not with us , just by our thoughts and through our vibration we can express our gratitude to the concern person for the support what he did for us.
