Friends - Memory is the ability to take information, store it and recall it at a later time whenever needed. In psychology memory is broken into 3 stages- encoding, storage and retrieval. Problems can occur at any stage of the process.

Memory is a system or process that stores what we learn for future use.Our memory has three basics function as mentioned earlier. Finally retrieval is the act of getting memories out of storage and back into conscious awareness.This is done through recall, recognition and relearning.

Reason for memory loss: Stress, anxiety, depression can cause forgetfulness, confusion, difficulty in concentration that disrupt the daily activities. Alcohol can cause memory loss by interacting with medications.

INTAKE OF WATER: I suggest in this Training program that we need to  take minimum 4 litres of water in a day....this indirectly helps in preventing us from few diseases and in addition to that it increases our memory.

BRAIN FOODS: Food has a vital impact in increasing our memory. The research says that by taking green tea, bra-coli, fish, coli-flower,turmeric, a cup of red fine etc...

FITNESS & MEDITATE By maintaining our health in a fitful manner ( by doing exercise regularly) and just 20 min meditation in a day will have a greater impact in increasing our memory.  

PAY ATTENTION: This is an important method that if we can pay attention of min 20 sec & more on an  object/material/thing  then that will store and we wont forget that easily.  

PRACTICE NEW THINGS & LEARNING NEW LANGUAGE: By practicing new things in our life and if we are ready to learn new language, then I am sure that our memory will get increased.
