6 HIDDEN SECRETS - TRAINER - LISTENER - RAPPORT

Friends - I Vibration Veera - Life Transformation Strategist, would like to share the  secrets (ways) , to have the Trainer - listener - Rapport, or in other words how we can make the listeners to like us.....I hope the below mentioned points may support the Trainers, Teachers  & Speakers in their upcoming classes /programs/sessions

Ask yourself the following:

Am I dedicated to this profession....?

AM I 100% Involved in delivering things in front of the audience.....?

What do you mean by Rapport....?

Rapport is a close and harmonious relationship in which the people or groups concerned....understand their feeling, ideas, expressions & communicate smoothly. 

Apart from our knowledge, experience we need to know how we can deliver the things as per the listeners interest.... how we can make the listener to like us....let we see ....

1. Gratitude: If you feel that you are honored by being asked to address to the audience....say so... Express your Gratitude  for the organizers & the people those who were sitting in front of you to listen your speech....


2. Appreciation - Give your sincere appreciation for all  your listeners... It will make all the audience to be alert ....it will create an eager for the audience to listen to you....

3. Call by name: - Whenever possible mention the names of  some of your audience.... it indirectly tells the audience that you are observing everyone .. you can have everyone along with you till end of your speech....

4.Play your role: During the presentation, Play yourself down , not up.... not by saying all your history, achievements, foreign trips etc.....  most of the the audience wont like to listen to it 

Use always the word We.... instead of saying You.... by using the word we you  indirectly tells the audience that you are one among them... ( it will be easy for you to connect with the audience emotionally)

Deliver your presentation with smiling face rather than scowling face....



5.Own your Style:In this I would like to share you all that not only in dressing/ how you show in front of the audience, in addition to that when you start the presentation & when you about to conclude your presentation, have your own way of doing it...It will raise your image in front of the audience & it will give you an extra boost, energy after practicing it .


6. Handling audience: Handling the audience is a kind of art... you need to have the patience to listen to your audience..... even though if it is silly question , you need to handle it in a smart way without hurting the person.... You should be in the position to welcome the criticism rather than resenting it.
