Friends - Our life is full of Situations, When the Situation is comfortable & according to your expectations then you feel so happy, enjoying in that Situation...But when the situation is not in the expected manner, then automatically you feel uncomfortable, there is slight negative feel which creates fear for you....this mild fear in Subconscious mind becomes worry..... this worry creates (builds) a pressure in your body & mind & this is called stress.... effect of stress is strain....& on your mind it is called tension.....


To overcome the above , just follow this 1 statement which makes you happy, comfortable & you wont get disturbed....(in any situation).
