FORMULA FOR HEALTHY & HAPPY LIFE

 

Friends - To have a healthy life, we do yoga, exercise... etc.... & to lead a happy & peaceful life we do meditation, silence......From my experience I believe by following this ABCD formula, one can lead the happy & healthy life.....let we see....

A- Accept

Accept the people ( with whom you have associated/connected with respect to personal & professional) how they are... (their character , quality, thoughts, action etc....)....never try to change them according to your comfort.....   just  ACCEPT

B- Bye pass

The purpose of travelling in a point to point bus / bye pass rider from 1 destination to another, is the time is reduced, it wont enter into all small villages & it will reach the destination on time. In similar way you just focus on your GOAL, dont try to know about others & their problems.......it is noway going to helpful to you to reach your destination & dont try to find answer for everything & dont waste your valuable time. just BYE PASS it. 

C- Clear it

It means that whatever the activity / thing you do, if it  creates a trouble, negative feeling, disturb for you, then just stop doing it......reduce the particular activity slowly day by day.....Stop the activities which is no way going to helpful for your mind & body. (ex: anger, laziness, greed etc...)

D-Do it

It means that whatever the activity / thing you do, if it  creates a pleasant feeling, relaxation, for you, then just do it continuously......increase the particular activity slowly day by day.....Do the activities which is  helpful for your mind & body. (ex: gardening, helping others, travelling etc....)

I wish you all to practice this  ABCD formula & experience the changes within you.........
